• You have fully downloaded or accessed the digital content
• The refund request is made more than fourteen days after the date of purchase

Access to live morning exercise broadcasts is provided as scheduled. If a scheduled session is cancelled by us due to technical difficulties, registered participants will be offered access to a rescheduled session or a proportional credit at our discretion.
